We believe the food we eat nourishes our bodies, minds and sprits. By emphasizing a wholesome diet comprised of a wide variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and lean proteins, we ensure an ideal intake of the nutrients the body needs to function optimally. We work with our patients to help them understand how food choices affect their health, as well as help them maintain a healthy weight, support an active lifestyle, and prevent disease. Using the framework of food as medicine, we also educate our patients about the ways in which diet can be used to manage health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, digestive disorders and other wellness concerns.
