Conveniently located under the same roof as our clinical services is our Wellness Center! By offering complementary treatments and therapies, The Wellness Center partners closely with our primary care practice to help you not only become well, but to stay healthy.

We know ‘wellness” can have many different meanings, but here at Casey Health, we consider wellness to be a dynamic, rather than a static process of attaining health in mind, body and spirit. How do we help our patients achieve wellness? By engaging them in positive daily habits such as exercise, relaxation, sleep, and stress-control; by encouraging them to maintain good personal and social relationships; by helping them learn to eat well; and by linking them to their own personal sense of purpose, meaning and connection.

Located in a brand new, state-of-the art facility, the Wellness Center offers a wide range of wellness programs to bolster your health, no matter its current state. Whether your health is generally good, you’re dealing with chronic issues, or even if you’re currently undergoing treatment, at Casey Health, your overall wellness is our central concern, and chief priority.

Classes for your body, mind, and spirit are held in our Wellness Center throughout the week and on Saturdays. We offer a wide array of options including yoga, fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep, and stress reduction, to name a few. View a full listing of classes & workshops.

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 9 am – 7:30 pm
  • Friday: 9 am – 5 pm
  • Saturday: 8:30 am – 11:30 am
We’ve established the Four Pillars of Wellness that serve as the foundation of a healthy life style. These include movement/exercise, whole foods diet/healthy nutrition, stress management and sleep, and connection to community and life purpose.
